

We begin each assignment with a thorough evaluation of your company. We want to understand the owner's short and long term goals for the business. We want to understand where you are positioned in your market, as well as your unique opportunities and challenges in the industry. This evaluation concludes with the identification of practical financial and business objectives. You and your FCS advisor will prioritize and then establish a timeline and action plan to execute and achieve these objectives.
Our clients engage us for long-term engagements as well as project oriented short-term assignments.
On long-term assignments, your FCS Advisor is at your company one or two days per week. On shorter, project oriented assignments, your advisor may be at your company full time, until the project is completed. In most cases our clients have our advisor participate as a key member of the management team. This best facilitates the step by step actions required to achieve the goals established at the start of the assignment. Your FCS advisor is always available to you at other times, via the telephone, email or otherwise.
Your FCS advisor will meet as necessary with accountants, lawyers, lenders, vendors and other stakeholders, acting as your representative.
