Howard R. Yeaton, Managing Principal, leads Financial Consulting Strategies LLC. Howard has over 25 years of senior financial and strategic business experience. He holds certification as both a CPA and an MBA. Howard has proven experience in all aspects of running a successful business. He has a strong financial background, having been the CFO with the responsibility to lead the financial functions of both large and small companies. Howard's industry experience includes consumer goods, service, capital goods, financial and technology industries. Howard has substantial experience as a strategy executive, developing key strategies, and then managing implementation through Marketing, Sales and Operations. He is a focused problem solver and is able to effectively communicate across all organizational disciplines in order to achieve targeted results.

Howard began his career with Deloitte and Touche, advising and auditing established and early stage public financial services and consumer products companies. At public utility Tampa Electric Company, he was instrumental in implementing new reporting systems, lowering taxes and generating greater revenues through the rate making process. At consumer imaging company Konica, Howard served as CFO and in other senior strategic officer planning roles, generating greater margins, improving cash flows, raising debt capital, improving financial reporting, and coordinating acquisitions/dispositions. Through his work in leading the budgeting and sales planning processes, the company was able to improve margins and gain share in key markets.

An active speaker on business matters, Howard also serves on the advisory board of Atlantic Stewardship Bank, a New Jersey based community bank.
